CCD faculty member, Elizabeth Nesbitt, is an Integrative Hypnotist, certified through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT), who uses a combination of hypnosis, NLP, EFT and coaching to facilitate powerful transformation for her clients.
Through Elizabeth’s therapeutic approach to coaching and utilizing neuroscience techniques you can learn to quickly and effectively repattern old habits and beliefs to not only feel better, but to also start thinking and acting in ways that support your goals and dreams.
As a ballet teacher and former professional dancer, Elizabeth is thrilled to be brining these tools into the dance world because she knows, first-hand, just how rigorous and challenging pursuing excellence in ballet can be. Elizabeth believes that by empowering dancers and their families with these techniques it will bring positive change to the individual and community as a while.
Elizabeth is available for Zoom sessions or in-person sessions on select Thursdays at CCD.
