Physical Therapy
CCD places the highest value on our dancers’ health and well-being. Our in-house Wellness Center provides students with exceptional care for body and mind. Physical Therapy and Fascial Distortion rehabilitate injuries and re-balance bodies under the strain of rigorous physical demands. With affordable rates and special discounts for students, the CCD Wellness Center ensures a full complement of supportive services for the entire community.
Our physical therapist works closely with students of all ages and their families to build the strongest, healthiest dancer possible. As part of their dance education, students are encouraged to meet regularly with a physical therapist not only to rehabilitate, but to prevent injuries from happening, increase flexibility and mobility, and to keep dancers happy and healthy. Our physical therapist is in studio year-round to support CCD dancers of all ages.

About Dr. Troicky
Dr. Sarah Troicky is the founder and owner of Trinity Physical Therapy and Wellness, located in Boulder, Colorado. Originally from Longmont, Colorado, she currently resides in Lakewood. Sarah has had a lifelong passion for dance, having studied various styles including ballet, jazz, modern, tap, and hip hop. She has received numerous awards and scholarships for her dance performances, which led her to train at the EDGE performing arts center in Hollywood, CA. During her time there, she participated in a research study conducted by the physical therapy department at USC that focused on common dance injuries. This experience inspired her to pursue a career that combined her two passions: physical therapy and dance.
Sarah graduated from Pacific University with a doctorate in physical therapy in May 2019. During her studies, she completed an internship at The Ohio State University, where she gained hands-on experience working with dancers from BalletMet and the dance department at OSU. Currently, Sarah treats many performers across the state of Colorado, including those from the Denver Performing Arts Theatre Company. She is a certified athletic trainer with extensive experience in sports-related injuries. Sarah‘s approach to physical therapy focuses on treating the whole person and identifying the root cause of the problem. She is dedicated to helping her patients overcome their pain with patience and persistence.
