What is Emerge Youth Ensemble?

Emerge Youth Ensemble (EYE) exists to serve Colorado Conservatory of Dance students as they discover how to channel their conservatory training through performance, artistry, activism and pursuing individual goals.

As the resident dance company, students will receive training and access to faculty, staff, educators and creators who will nurture the technical proficiency of the dancer while simultaneously supporting the identity of the artist within.

Students will be positioned to transition into university programs and to become engaged leaders and community-minded adults. EYE embraces CCD’s value of believing in a better life through dance and will collectively cultivate the upcoming generation of artists and citizens.

For EYE members who aspire to pursue dance professionally, we encourage them to explore our Pre-Professional Training Program.
