Enhance your dance journey with our Adult Dance Classes, designed for ages 18 and up. Whether you’re a beginner exploring ballet fundamentals or an advanced dancer perfecting your pointe, modern, tap, or jazz techniques, CCD has a class to fit your busy lifestyle. Choose from our unlimited class option or enjoy the flexibility of signing up for individual sessions. Our diverse schedule ensures there’s a class to suit your availability. Fundamental Student

This level is for anyone who has no experience or has less than one year of dance experience in the dance form.
Beginner Student
Beginner Student
For students who have 2 – 3 years of training in the dance form. Basic understanding of the appropriate alignment and general dance terminology recommended.
Advanced Beginner
Advanced Beginner
For students with at least 3-5 years of training and have a good understanding of the appropriate alignment and terminology used in the class.
Intermediate Student
Intermediate Student
For dancers with at least 5- 8 years of training, technical proficiency and a thorough understanding of the vocabulary and the appropriate alignment.

For dancers with at least 8 years of training, technical proficiency and a thorough understanding of the vocabulary.
Pointe Class
Pointe Class
Students MUST first take a ballet class prior to taking a pointe class on the same day. We have scheduled a ballet class before every pointe class we offer, to make scheduling easy!
These levels are applicable to every dance form offered at CCD, including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern & Contemporary.
If an experienced ballet dancer is taking jazz dance for the first time, the dancer should consider the “fundamental” level first, if that class is available. CCD faculty members will make suggestions to the students after observations in the classes and have discretion to place students in the appropriate level to keep the students healthy and safe.
Definition of training: regular classes every week in the dance form with qualified faculty.

Monthly Class Pass
For adult dancers who take at least three classes per week, the best deal is to enroll in our Unlimited Program. Dancers can take as many of the classes on our regular ongoing schedule as they’d like! Any master classes, rehearsals, special programs or classes outside our regular schedule will be charged separately.

Audition for a role in The Nutcracker!
We encourage all of our adult students who crave to perform to audition for our annual Nutcracker performance! We hold auditions annually in August. The Nutcracker is a commitment, so please have a look at the participation requirements before deciding to audition.
