CCD’s season begins mid August and runs for 38 non-consecutive weeks, as outlined in the school calendar. Tuition installments are due on the first of every month when on a monthly payment plan. A late fee of $35 will be applied after the 5th of the month.
To withdraw from classes, written notification must be submitted to the Front Desk by November 15 for the fall semester or by April 15 for the spring semester. Students who withdraw before the end of a semester remain responsible for any outstanding tuition balance.

Monthly Class Pass
For adult dancers who take at least three classes per week, the best deal is to enroll in our Unlimited Program. Dancers can take as many of the classes on our regular ongoing schedule as they’d like! Any master classes, rehearsals, special programs or classes outside our regular schedule will be charged separately.
Tuition Policy
The Colorado Conservatory of Dance (CCD) Conservatory season begins in mid-August and runs for 38 non-consecutive weeks, as outlined in the school calendar. Enrollment is by semester only. Monthly enrollment is not available. Students must register for each semester (fall and spring) separately.
CCD will be closed for Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break. Additionally, CCD observes the following federal holidays and will be closed: Labor Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, and the Fourth of July.
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is charged per student each academic year. This fee is due at the time of initial enrollment, regardless of semester.
Tuition is due in full at the time of registration for each semester. Families are welcome to set up monthly payment plans through the Front Desk, with payments due on the 1st of each month. Auto Pay is required for all accounts with a payment plan. Monthly statements and account balances are available in the Parent Portal. Late payments may incur additional fees, and returned checks will result in a $35 charge. Accounts past due after the 10th of the month may result in immediate suspension from classes until the balance is resolved. All accounts must be current in order for a student to participate in any CCD production, performance, or rehearsal.
CCD does not offer refunds for paid tuition under any circumstances. Exceptions may be made in the case of serious injury, supported by a physician’s note.

Participation in CCD’s Annual Showcase is required for all students. The spring semester tuition includes a non-refundable Showcase participation fee of $80, plus $50 per costume. These fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable, even if a student later chooses not to perform.
