Studios for Your Class, Workshop, Event, and More

Colorado Conservatory of Dance hosts spacious, top of the line dance facilities, featuring 6 dance studios, a Pilates studio, and a Wellness Center, in addition to large common areas and dressing rooms. We offer rentals for classes, rehearsals, events, wellness sessions, and other usages, with competitive rates structured for one-time or on-going usage on an hourly or daily basis.

Studio 1

The Julia Meng Studio Theatre

1,750 Square-Feet

Our largest space, Studio 1 is perfect for large classes, performances, events, recitals, and more. The studio measures 50×35 feet, and includes ballet barres, full wall mirrors, sprung Marley flooring, a surround sound system, and light grid.* For additional fees, Studio 1 includes optional risers and piano for live music.

Perfect for large classes, events, birthdays, and more.  Studios 2 through 5 are comparable in size,** and all include ballet barres, full wall mirrors, sprung Marley flooring, and a surround sound system.

Studio 6

400 Square Feet

For small groups or renters who require a more intimate setting, Studio 6 offers the perfect solution. Measuring 24×17 feet, this space is ideal for small classes, solo dancers, or classes for younger students (ages 7 and below). Studio six offers sprung Marley flooring, ballet barres, and a surround sound system.

Rental Guidelines at CCD

No Pets Allowed

With exceptions for service animals, CCD does not allow renters to bring pets into the facility. At this time, we do not allow emotional support animals in our building.

noo food or drink

No Food Or Drinks in Studios

Food and drinks are prohibited inside the studios. We encourage you to eat in one of our many common areas.

Studio & Event Rental Participants

Once a rental is confirmed, we require all dancers/participants to complete CCD’s Waiver of Liability before arriving at the studio.

Note: CCD requires all instructors and wellness practitioners to conduct a background check before working onsite.

Studio 1 Piano

Unless included in your rental agreement, renters and their groups may not touch, sit on, or play the Studio 1 piano.

CCD Does Not Offer Childcare

Colorado Conservatory of Dance does not offer free or paid childcare services. We do not allow unsupervised children in our building. If you or someone in your group requires childcare (and the children cannot remain in the booked studio with their parent/guardian), we recommend that you book an additional studio for those children and schedule a childcare professional to supervise them. If CCD staff encounters unsupervised children in the building and identifies them as part of an ongoing studio rental, CCD reserves the right to immediately terminate that rental without a refund.

All rentals are subject to a $35 Administration Fee. The rates listed on this page apply to rentals during CCD’s regular business hours. Outside of those normal hours, renters will need to pay an additional $15 per hour to staff our facilities. Sunday renters will need to pay an additional $35 per hour to staff our facilities.
