A Colorado native and resident of Broomfield since 1980, Seth Patterson brings over four decades of experience in the commercial and non-profit sectors to the board. He was a CPA at Deloitte from 1975 to 1986, before becoming a Controller, CFO, and COO for several large and small manufacturing and mining companies based in metro Denver until 2004. Since then, Seth has operated his own company as a commercial real estate broker.

Seth has served on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations, including: the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce Board member since 2018, Board Chair 2020, Board Treasurer 2023; the Mental Health Partners Board member 2015-2022, Board Chair 2020-2021; Rotary Club of Denver, member since 2005, Club President for Centennial Year 2011-2012; Rotarians for Mental Health founding member and Co Chair since 2017; Broomfield Community Foundation Board member 2005-2010; Financial Executives International Colorado Chapter member since 1986, Chapter President 2000-2001; Food Bank of the Rockies Board member 1991-1997 & 2005-2011, Board Chair 1994-1995.

He has four grown children; two daughters who reside in Colorado and two sons who live in Maryland.
