Joined CCD in 2022

JR was introduced to CCD in 2013 through his wife (Jeanne) who is active in CCD’s adult dance education and performance programs and he became a strong believer in the CCD mission to better people’s lives through dance watching the effect of dance on his family.

JR is currently the Vice President – West at SAP SE (world’s third largest software company) where he leads teams focused on high growth markets across the western United States. His thirty-year career has centered on high-growth enterprises and he is one of many at CCD here driving our mission with a growth mindset.

A native of northern Minnesota, JR now resides in Broomfield, CO with his wife, three real children (Alex, Maia and Emma), and a dog who thinks she’s one of the children (Sansa the Pup).
