Last month, we shared with you a letter from our Executive Director, Leslie Castañuela Barnes, announcing CCD’s strategic planning process. Now, we’d like to share with you the results of that survey.

Please understand this survey was only the first step in a multi-step strategic planning process. We will keep you updated as we continue through the process. Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback was invaluable and much appreciated.

In an effort to protect respondent anonymity, our strategic planning contractor did not share individual results and comments with anyone and results were only shared with the board and staff in the aggregate. Our contractor only provided comments that had a general consensus among multiple individuals. These general consensus comments were paraphrased to protect individual identity and to aggregate the multiple ways in which individuals phrased their responses. Concerns that were conveyed by only one or two individuals were not shared in this report as there was no general consensus.
