Updated Ticket Information due to COVID-19

Ticket Exchange, Donation, and Refund Options

As a valued patron and ticket buyer of Colorado Conservatory of Dance, one or more of our performances have been either rescheduled, or conducted entirely through online methods. We are happy to offer options.

For events that have been rescheduled, all previously issued tickets are valid for the new performance date or you can use select one of the three options listed below.

The three options available to all ticket holders of rescheduled/canceled events are:

  1. Convert your current tickets to another performance for our 2020-2021 season (including season tickets).
  2. Donate the value of your tickets back to the CCD (this would be tax-deductible as an in-kind gift); or
  3. Request a refund for the value of your tickets via credit card or check.

The impact of canceling spring events presented by CCD due to COVID-19 is significant and donating the value of your tickets for a canceled event will assist in maintaining the financial health of Colorado Conservatory of Dance.

Please note that for the security of your payment information, credit card numbers are not stored in our systems and therefore cannot be refunded or charged automatically. If you are due a refund or need to make a payment, a Ticket Office staff member will contact you when it is possible to phone from the office.

You can reach the Box Office by contacting Rachel Long at rlong@ccdance.org for all requests or questions.

We take great pride in our ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Our team is working remotely to process ticket donation, account credit and refund requests as quickly as possible and we ask for your patience as we address each and every case. Check refunds typically take 4 weeks to process and credit card refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process. Refunds may be further delayed due to limited staffing and processing time. All refund requests need to be made by July 15, 2020.
