Updated Ticket Information and Policies updated 9/15/2021:

  • All patrons 12+ must be fully vaccinated OR provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time, or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within six hours of the performance start time.
  • Patrons under the age of 12, do not need to provide proof of testing.
  •  All audience members 2+ must wear masks for the duration of the performance and while on the Performing Arts Complex at PCS premises, unless enjoying refreshments outdoors or in designated areas
  • This policy goes into effect September 15 and is in place until further notice. 
  • Additional details on vaccine verification and entry process are under development and will be communicated to our patrons in advance of your performance date. For more information about our new health and safety policy, please continue to visit this page for more detailed information.
  • Patrons who do not comply with this policy will not be admitted.
  • Colorado Conservatory of Dance will be utilizing E-Tickets for all foreseeable performances. E-Tickets will be emailed at the time of order purchase and confirmation.
  • Guidelines to enter the venue will be emailed to each ticket holder 5 days prior to your performance date and time. 
  • Colorado Conservatory of Dance will continue to follow the most current guidelines recommended by the Broomfield Department of Public Health & Environment, Adams County Health Department, Colorado State, and CDC.
  • For those attending our Sensory-Friendly Performance on Friday, December 17, the same guidelines will apply.
  • Ticket sales are final.

Terms and Conditions

Ticket sales are final. Ticket exchanges are only available up to 48 hours prior to the performance and are subject to a $5/ticket exchange fee. Refunds will not be given to patrons who do not show proof of vaccination or negative covid test upon arrival. In the event of a performance cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a gift of a donation, a credit, or a 100% refund for a ticket may be issued. No cell phones or other light emitting devices are allowed during the performance. Flash photography and videotaping is STRICTLY prohibited. You assume all risk and danger incidental to the event or performance whether occurring prior to, during, or after said show. You assume all risk and danger of injury and agree that the management, its agents and volunteers, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes. No alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers allowed. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.

Children over the age of 18 months OR sitting in their own seat, must have their own ticket. Child Tickets are for those 18 months through 12 years of age. Teen Tickets are for those ages 13 through 18. Adult Tickets are for those ages 19 through 64 years of age. Senior Tickets are for those 65 yrs and up.

Day of ticketing prices will increase either $2.50 or $5.00 per ticket, depending on venue. Discounts are available to select productions with promotion codes at the time of purchase. No discounts will be given at the Door. Food and drink are not allowed inside the performance theatre.

Will Call Ticketing opens 1 hour prior to each performance.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the performance.

Late arrivals will only be allowed in the theatre at appropriate times and will be seated in our late arrivals area. Out of respect for the performers and other audience members, you will not be seated in your purchased seats until intermission.

All Patrons will receive an email confirmation with their purchase. This confirmation email will contain your ETicket(s) at the very top of the email.

ETickets are displayed one ticket page. When you select “View ETicket” you will also have the ability to print these at home if you prefer to have physical tickets. (See images below).

When you arrive to the theater, you can show our Ushers your ETicket, a printed ETicket, or you may also Check-In by the Patrons first and last name.

Colorado Conservatory of Dance regularly performs at Performing Arts Complex at PCS in Denver, Broomfield Auditorium in Broomfield and at CCD’s Studio Theatre.

The Broomfield Auditorium is an intimate performance space in the heart of Broomfield, adjacent to the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library.
